They are just sofisticated robbers.. I think common himachali is a goodman though.... I am shocked, with this article and unfortunetly can;lt even tell this truth to my wife.. at least let her enjoy the Chingu.. I will see that I recover my money from any Himachali person I meet here in my area.. now waiting for Himachali....
