This picture was taken a year ago. The office (Oriental Insurance is just opposite Scandal Point, The Mall, Shimla). The babus here, seem to be quite punctual and they’ll close shop exactly at 5:00 PM and other days exactly five minutes late. Has anybody tried their timings?
